you're incredibly right about the casualties. they were SO FREAKING BAD. the sad thing is people LIKED them, and the crowd for avenged was actually smaller. i wish one of the bands i hated before the warped tour played before avenged, because the casualties were one of the only bands in existence to ever actually give me a headache from seeing them live.
