cinnabarine took me to a pole dancing class last night, at boston pole fitness. it was fun! a lot of the gross motor movements are the same as aerial silks, but the important parts of them are all different-- grip and balance and so on. so i wasn't particularly good at climbing. :) the climbing grips aren't one of the things that are very similar, really ( Read more... )
