Week Nine Passes...

 Last Thursday was the ninth week since Jen died.  I've been fairly busy so the last week was not as bad as most of them have been, but I'm not sure if it was because I've gotten better/stronger or just because I was busy.  Some of it was basic non-fun stuff that had to be dealt with and some of it was meeting new people like

You can't pay someone back... but if the world throws you an opportunity to save someone else's life, take it. Be a good friend to the people you love - it's payback enough for your friends that you can.

I agree wholeheartedly with the comments about paying back. With life, happiness, and laughter. A true friend is happy when their friends are happy.

Hard to believe it has been nine weeks now. Sometimes it feels so long and other times so short. But always surreal. I miss her too. I especially liked what ravenslost said though about learning more things about her through you, how she is a part of you, and that is definitely how our loved ones stay with us.
