YUKI HANGS OUT THERE. He watches videos on his laptop (with earbuds!), reads, talks to a few people, SOMETIMES studies, etc. etc. library stuff. Tends to be in the quietest parts of the library. Always returns his books on time.

OH and Temeraire lurks around outside the building. He sents his captain, Granby, or one of his crew (Necoco or Yuta) in to fetch books for him almost daily. The books are returned on time, but he does renew them a lot.

Robin is probably in there alot! She's quiet, but you might find hands randomly sprouting off the shelves and carrying away books. But she's still pretty new, so I don't know if Castor would recognise her.

He'd probably recognize the hands, and her vaguely, but not connect the two yet, I think. He's pretty good at faces overall, though.

Light is frequently at the library. He is very quiet and neat, and always returns his books on time. He's there reading, studying, or on his laptop at least every other day.

Isaak stops in at least twice a week. He frequents the the literature and science sections. Everything is returned on time.

Satoshi probably hangs out in there a couple hours a week since he's trying to get better at reading.

Dug totally hangs out there from time to time because it smells interesting :D and he listens to people read if someone is reading a book out loud.

Marona comes in at least once a week, moreso to chat up Castor than to read o/

Rabi is always around. He always puts things back, will put things in order if they're NOT in order, but can occasionally get a little noisy. He's fairly respectful of the staff though.

I bet Rabi gets cookies occasionally for arranging things, given how likely it is that the library is out of order.
