Honestly, I think a large part of it is simple banner waving and slogan spouting with no real solution advocated. It's easy to say "let there be peace," but a lot different to explain HOW.
And honestly, I also disagree with the slogan "If you love your country you learn to hate others" or however exactly it was stated. I love my cat, does that mean I hate dogs because they are different? I love strawberries, does that mean I must therefore hate kiwis? God tells us to love everyone, but that includes ourself. If loving one thing means you must hate what is different, then what God asks us is impossible, and I believe it's more the other way around. The more you learn to love, the more you love. You can love your country and not hate others. I love America, but I see it's flaws realistically and it doesn't mean I hate Japan because of it.
I think the creator had a noble goal, but went about it all the wrong way. I also think he needs a spellchecker ^_^
Yeah, he did spell a few things wrong. I don't believe in everything in that video, but the general idea is a good one. Take the Hitler picture outta there. It doesn't belong.

It's just so stupid, especially with everyone so corrupt and everything.
