"Emo kids" (in my opinion) are people who act that way to be cool. I know that's not your case. Don't worry about that kind of shit!
There's nothing wrong with you, man. Everyone goes through this. I know I have. You're gonna find somebody who changes you. Somebody who replaces that numb feeling with something else.
Until then, I suggest going out and doing something different. Too much of the same thing can definately give you that numb feeling.
