Introducing Maya Bassett

I haven't had a lot of time lately, but I wanted to share pictures of Maya Lyndon Bassett with everyone! Towards the end of the pregnancy, I had some complications and labor had to be induced and I wound up having to have an emergency c-section.  Recovery has been a little rough.  :)

thank you both! We're enjoying her a lot; but OMG, this is the toughest job I've ever had already. She's well worth it though.

Now that I have a baby, watching Toddlers and Tiaras really makes me mad. Clarification: not that I actually watch that but every now and then whenever I was pregnant (especially while on bedrest)I'd catch an episode to see how crazy some parents could get.

..in case anyone wants to ask.....there are no plans on the horizon for a sibling yet..the pain from labor is still too fresh in my mind.
