Wow! That is horrible!

I keep getting phone calls and postcards from the "cash for your house" businesses. Right now house pries are booming here. My neighbors make a quick sale to one of those house flippers and the flipper turned around and sold it for twice as much.

That's horrible! Seems to me the DVLA needs to be more careful about sending out duplicate driving licenses, and banks need to be more careful about people setting up bank accounts. And the police need to see it as fraud, as it clearly is, much earlier in the process!

That's awful! I feel so sorry for the poor guy whose home was sold without his knowledge. And it certainly is fraud, on the part of the fake seller for sure!
