Blinkensopps asked for chicken and dumplings for dinner tomorrow night. So I did a search for recipes. I have my own recipe but was looking for something different. Oh boy, is this one different. I'm not sure which is the biggest turn off, the pictures, the instruction to use that quantity of "cheap biscuits" or the entire concept. My suggestion

The ones I make are light, fluffy and cloudlike, and do not sink to the bottom. Even when I make the chewier Hungarian galushki they don't sink to the bottom. Those were some revolting pics. Thanks fer sharin'!

How about chicken paprikash with home-made galushki (Hungarian giant spaetzle)?
Or chicken schnitzel with lemon-chive dumplings?
