I've been there, done that. Believe me, it's a thousand times less "romantic" than you think.
(of course there is a huge difference between being homeless because you have no choice & being homeless as an expression of modern romanticism which really is just a pathetic, whiney, liberal existentialism rampant among wanna-be-intellectual suburbanites who are simply bored -- you don't want to be this)

I think that's everyone when they're young. It's much less romantic when you realize there are worse things than living with your parents. Although at this point in my life, I can think of nothing too much worse than living with my parents!!
