The Heart of Rose
Get a Rose, stare at it concentrating on only its natural beauty. Don't allow your mind to wander to any other subject matter. Do this for as long as possible, up to 20 minutes. This is meant to allow you to control your mind and what you think about.
Opposition Thinking
When ever a negative thought enters your mind, remove it and think of a positive. Even when negative things happen look for the positive in the situation. Do this constantly everyday. Don't see negatives and positives as good or bad, just see them as experiences.

For a few minutes everyday imagine your dreams becoming reality.
Imagine yourself having anything you want, imagine yourself doing what you want.
