I am amazed at how calm and reflective you are upon your discovery of a decapitated corpse, I myself would have responded to such a find with blood-curdling screams and possibly swooning. Clearly are of a much more stait and unflapable disposition.
My question is: who will dispose of the body?

I have not yet thought that far ahead! I'm kind of hoping that the cat will come back to do the right thing and give his victim a proper burial.

Omen or not, I am also curious as to what you will do with the body.

Will you bury it with reverence or will you merely nudge it aside with the toe of one of your stylish shoes?

I shall wait for someone else to take the proper action. In the meantime, I shall step around the mouse's remains in respectful silence whenever I pass that way.

But what if no one takes the proper action? What if everyone just waits for someone else to deal with it? You will be stepping over its rotting corpse until it deteriorates into a dusty pile of bones! Action must be taken! In a short while it will begin to smell!

This is true. I'll see to it before night falls.
