Last year in Mr. Clark's class we read a Rousseau essay concerning education; earlier today I read part of a Daniel Quinn speech concerning education; Quinn and Rousseau have very similar views on the subject. Why am I posting about this? Because I overwhelmingly agree with the two of them (and I bet you do too)!, and it's something to think about

i guess september 9th isn't possible now for tulane to begin its classes?

it'll be like a month! maybe things will start online and then pick up in class when new orleans is operable? i guess starting a bunch of online classes would take some planning though.

oh good! i'll be on that after i finish 'the story of b'. and then after 'my ishmael' it'll be 'beyond civilization'. and then after that maybe i'll take on the name B and travel the country preaching the good word
