Re-written because I hate mispellings:

I am very glad for you and your mother-in-law, who is a very sweet and pleasant to know old lady, in spite of her somehow questionable choice of daily newspapers. Forward all my best wishes of good settlement and my affectionate thoughts to her next time you will see her.

We have all missed your disappearance from LJ and lists lately and I hope you will be more present for your friends now you have more free time.

Excellent news about your mother-in-law. It must be a relief to everyone to know that things are settling down for her. And ain't it great to have your house and life back again? ;)

Ghostie's story is terrific. Isn't it exciting that she's writing again? (And, er, honestly? You can't possibly write more slowly than I do. *g*)

Ah, that must be a relief to have your house to yourself again. :) I hope your m-i-l is happy at her new flat, enjoying her own freedom. I'll keep fingers crossed that a cottage opens up soon for her.

but decided I better not commit myself considering how slowly I write!

I fretted over this too, but Nikki's giving us a looooong time to finish the table. You should sign up! More MFU stories, wooohooo!

As for my own story, you are too kind. *hugs* I didn't even hit two pages with it, but it's a huge start considering I've written next to nothing the past several years. Slowly but surely, I'm on my way back... :-)

Congratulations on the retrived freedom! And I guess it's goodfor your m-i-l, kind soul that she was to us, to get her own place. And we remember how much adventure she can get from bus rides!

So you signed up for DtC? That's good news!!!
(I did too, but I won't have time to start yet...*sigh*)
