Level: Easy

1. Crop your image. Filter >Sharpen >Sharpen




2. Duplicate the base.  Set it to Screen.




3. Add a new layer. Fill it with
Set it to Overlay 100%.


4. Add a new layer. Fill it with
Set it to Lighten 100%.


5. Add another layer. Fill it with
Set it to Overlay 35%.


6. Add a new layer. Add some brush like this one
on it.

And that's it. You're done.
