Monday Monday and I'm worried about two things: co_techie in Florida, I have this image of her sitting somewhere in a dark basement with Jeremy waiting out Wilma. Please update and say you're safe...Come on!

Both Jeremy and I are okay. We spent the night at the store because Jeremy had to be here to turn the generator on and off with the power. We can't go back home for at least another 5-6 hours .. it is really bad. This whole building shaking. I don't know how our house will be when we get home. *fingers crossed*

Lamb is wicked easy to cook if you just add a few simple spices and leave it alone! Too much turning and smashing and mushing and everything else we do to things will make the meat very tough.

My favorite is to just marinate lamb chops in mojo sauce (a cuban citrus marinade) and then grill.
