Been a while....

well today has been kinda crappy... last night at younglife erin threw away my smokes and at first i was pissed but then i decided that i should seriously try to quit so ive went since last night at 9:30 without a smoke... i was shaking, had a headache, my stomach felt wierd, i had constant cravings, ive ate 4 burritos, 1 block of cheese, 4 hot

I hear you on that it is hard to stop smoking, I really should too... So if you want some support from a fellow cancerist, I'll stop to... Teamwork man! We can hang out and help eachother out dude.
