Although, Steve would challenge that I can make anything last more than three bites, judging by the way I eat a Hershey's miniature.

They give recommended bite counts and eating techniques. Some things have to be done in one bite or they will fall apart or return to their original form.

WOW! I can't believe you got a reservation! Good to know about the food allergy fax. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat there because of my fruit allergy.

I found a secret with the reservations, if you call on the last day of February they are doing seating for the last 3 days of march so you have a better than average chance of getting in.

Michael and I did a chef's tasting & sake paring at Nobu while we were in Vegas....it was amazing......

They will do a pescetarian if asked. I thought they did a vegetarian too. They said they tried to do a vegan version but it really wasn't their menu at that point.
