10 years ago on new years day I was camping solo in the woods after a not really fight with my then girlfriend. I woke up at 4:30 because I didn't have a ground pad and my trusty -10 degree bag couldn't match the heat stealing properties of freezing earth under me. okay, I am a little defensive about my lack of education. I was wearing my "I Knit Therefore I Rock" shirt and a couple got into the elevator and was reading the shirt. So occasionally I manage to stuff something into my memory that gets recalled and makes me look like I'm smart. I'll read something on the statue of liberty and it will mention it's height relative to other buildings in NYC and I'll be there the next week and like the best setup someone will wonder out loud how tall a building is and I will know.
