All my life, I've avoided most chick flicks. I found them unrealistic, absurd (and a bit formulaic). Honestly, what kind of guy acts like that? There have even been studies done that talk about how horrible watching chick flicks are for relationships

Adam is like that too, and I am also confused by it =P I mean, he wrote me a poem to ask me out for crying out loud. He's just a romantic, I play along cuz, hey, it's not so bad! XD

Yeah it depends on the guy, some really are that romantic. After 3.5 years Ben still says cute cheezy stuff to me. Our friends says it's like Peeps for breakfast :-p Congrats on landing a good guy!
