I sprained my ankle yesterday while running around in a monsoon-like rain. What sucks is that I officially start work Monday. I'm not sure what I'm going to do because there are no subways or buses that run from my dorm to work and it's basically a 25 minute speed walk. Brigid, Arti, Aaron, and I saw Willem Dafoe in Washington Square Park today! I regret so much not having gone up to ask for a picture (and I don't think it would have been too annoying because I don't think a lot of people actually recognized him.)

Yea! Finally in the Big Apple. I moved into my dorm today and it was fun. My roommate's really nice. I met up with Brigid in Washington Square Park and we talked for a bit.

There's so much that I want to do here, but I don't know if I have the time to do it all!

Only a couple of days until I leave for NYC! I'm excited and apprehensive at the same time. I hope I do well and leave good impressions at work.
