Pickles started setting everything up as soon as he got into the room, starting with the TV and DVD, before heading off to the desk, tossing the letter on it for further reading later. He started rifling through the drawers before finding exactly what he was looking for. The pipe, weed, and a small tin labelled Altoids.

Pickles nuzzles Miniver's neck as the hippie blows the smoke ring. The first few minutes are pretty tame, since they're credits. "I love this album. Ain't metal, but it's pretty rad anyways." He took the pipe and took another long hit, holding it in longer this time.

Of all the drugs that didn't affect him like they should, it was the one that still did, save for alcohol.

"Heehee. Dorothy. Can you believe this thing was out in what -- 1940? Before I was born, and now almost 30 years later, there's only one station that broadcasts in all color. You'd think people had better things to do or something. Like fight world wars. Shitheads."

It's weird, watching the movie without dialogue. And for a while, he doesn't quite see how it's supposed to be impressive -- but he doesn't say anything just yet. Maybe it's one of Those Things.

Pickles is waiting to be impressed, himself.
Of course, once the bells start ringing for Time, he blinks and points at the screen.

"You see that? Was it just me or did that cut exactly at... and?"

Miniver squints at the screen.

"She's walking... in time to the music. Whoa. What? Oh man. This is crazy."

Nevermind the fact that he pointed to the screen and gaped at 'No-One told you when to run', or the fact that it was really intense music when they did a close up of Prof. Marvel's wagon.

It was the tornado scene that got him talking. It was freaking him out. The intensity of the song topped with OMFG TORNADO brought back a memory for him.
"Livin' in Wisconsin, we got a lot of them. I grew up where this sorta thing was actually a fact of life, a force've nature. This part never scared me so bad, but this music on top of it..." He clung to Miniver, jokingly adding a "Hold me!"
