I am really sorry it didn't work out :-( I had a lot of fun the years I went. It seems it was all easier for us to get together in the past. I guess this is how it goes? It seems even with all of our modern conveniences when it comes down to it, distance is still distance.....

Just to let you know it isn't anything personal, I had to cancel two very much anticipated Chicago trips over my two week break as I just found I had too much to do in too little time off to make long trips. At least this time around. I am anticipating I will have a little more flexibility in the near future, as we will have some time off this semester.....

I'm sorry too. I really would have liked to get together, if only my family didn't have plans and it wasn't such a long drive. I get nervous driving in this weather after my "adventures" this past year.
Well, thanks for making an effort to keep the old group together. I'm glad we'll at least get to see each other at the wedding :)

Ironically, I just found out from Megan that the party existed...I am so out of the loop...

The lot of you need to make another Chicago pilgrimage...methinks my parents aren't going to entrust me to any long-distance driving for a while...
