yeah, it's amazing stuff. i really enjoy spicy (peppers, at least, I hate wasabi :( ) things but i hate how most really spicy things are either completely bland or pure heat rather than heat + flavor. the sriracha is perfect, though, unless i use a liiiiittle bit too much.

whatever thai food is spiced up with is pretty good too.

Yeah, I have a really hot chilli oil that is insanely hot, but it can really overpower flavour because it's all heat. I like using a bit of it with Sriracha for a little extra punch.

Thai food is.... ugh I should know because I've been looking up a lot of Thai recipes lately, but I can't remember. Either way yes it is amazing.
