oh no love....I am so sorry to hear this. I keep thinking you must be so scared. I bet Justin is really scared too. Katie is so lucky not to be big enough to be scared, that must also be one relief off your mind. I hope you have support for these procedures, is someone going with you to hold your hand and give you love and ice and milkshakes after? xoxox Deb
Not the dye, but I had the Lumbar MRI done a few weeks ago. I hope it goes well love. Wonder if imagining you were popping bubblwrap would help. hahah
Holy crap... three days of 3 hour infusions? wow. *hugggggggggggz*
I don't know what exactly they will do on the 20th, but I'll be having steroids in the lumbar spine then. They said they will decide when I'm there, but I guess where unsure where or how many they should do. Not sure what to expect.
i actually take something called "Calms forte" its a relaxant/ sleep aid and it relaxes me enough that i don't freak out and calms me down. i tend to take it before any medical anything. its all natural so it does mess with anything.
To be honest the steroids were terrible ( they made me sick/ had to pull over and throw up a few times) but they sure made me feel better. that was in July and I'm just now starting to feel crappy again. it was just an IV in my arm. I've never heard of them going straight into your spine. but that would get the job done.
