well rest assured that mother ocean is not selective on who she bounces around waves. i've had my share of near drowning experiences. it's just knowing to match skill level with the wave conditions. where did you body surf?
i'm into my 3rd month of bikram (hot) yoga now and i couldn't be more stoked. i've totally experienced positive transformations on my body, mind and spirit. and yes, when your chakras are aligned, all else just falls into place. it's amazing. i look at myself in the mirror now and am so stoked at what i see. i'm just not the same person i was at the beginning of the year. blessings.peace.aloha.respect.

Seems like a lifetime ago.
I lived on Vancouver Island for years as well, and have relocated in Montréal now, as of a year and a half ago.
I miss swimming in the Pacific Ocean. It was always such a spiritual experience for me. So healing.
