Coming clean here...

All right, this has been going on for a while now and I would imagine that a few people have begun to suspect this anyway, so I figure it's about time I came clean here:

It's IFV. I've more or less lost interest in writing it.

It's probably apparent in the decreasing quality of the work and the fact that lately I've been skipping it whenever it comes

I understand how you feel about IFV. And you have so many other stories going on at the same time I don't know how you keep up, schedule or not. While I don't comment often I do keep up with IFV but I do read and have never been disappointed with what you put up.

I know how it feels to be critical of what type of story you put out but don't be too hard on yourself. Inspiration comes when it comes.

Thanks Gayl. I'm glad to hear that the last odd number of updates haven't been totally disappointing for everyone, even if they have been for me and I expect a few people have grown exasperated with my lack of effort.

Ach, sometimes we just fall out of love with a project. You may even take a break for a number of months and then discover that you miss it. *cough* Not like I would know anything about that process.

Don't beat yourself up about it-- You offer so much to your readers that there's no way for you to disappoint anyone, fer serious.

I would like to finish it if only for the sake of finishing it, but I don't know when I'll get around to it at this point. For now, I'm just relishing in the bittersweet catharsis of finally admitting to the problem.
