not much feels like it's changed and accordingly brighton feels like a sort od daydream, both a long time ago and also a long way into the future, I keep looking at rooms on gumtree to remind myself what it is i'm working towards and why i'm in here 4 days a week

the moving plans have been coming for about 8 years lol so it took me long enough to get out of debt get myself back to uni and complete my first year and save up a little you know? and yep lack of personal freedom is quite frankly an itch I didnt realise would be so itchy! I think i've been spoilt having the bike for ten years and then moving onto the car, I'm going to try and go back to the bike, it needs work doing so it's my summer project as a bike in brighton makes far more sense than a car (and far far cheaper) plus lets face it I actually miss the bike, I dont miss the bad weather riding with no choice but I do miss the freedom to be able to pop round to a friends, to be able to go see people in brighton without having to get a lift to a train station and then sit on a train for half hour and pay through the nose for it and then do it all in reverse the next day.

I actually have a bike myself now (was gifted an ET4), just not enough cash for the CBT, repairs and safety gear. Bicycle's out of comission due to needing wheel repairs.
