The worst part about tonight? (Other than the part where it's still continuing?)

My previously planned delicious dinner got substituted for pizza. Fitchburg pizza.

Blech.

An hour to get to work this morning. M'borough was pretty much a sheet of slushy ice on our street. Roads were bad, but nowhere near as bad as they could have been out west.

I'm sooooo tired right now. A good three hour nap under a lot of blankets would be just about perfect right now.

It's a good thing I decided to come home to brush my teeth after lunch! Sitting on the porch was the x-mas prezzie for my dearest. It's now safely covered up.

It's actually double-fortunate, because today is Game, and normally I'd go straight there. It would have been still waiting for her when she got home.

No such luck, dearest!

That my wife and I may very well have gotten each other the same x-mas gift. I ordered mine this morning, and made extra-special sure to get it from a place that does not charge a restocking fee for returns.

Time will tell - There's a small possibility that mine won't be here in time for x-mas. :-(

Went out for lunch today with a co-worker. Who knew that there was an excellent mexican restaurant in Lunenburg?

At least up here, it's super-slippery out.
