The time it takes me to go from completely unsuspecting to full convulsive sneezing is approximately 2 seconds shorter than it takes me to safely put down an extremely hot cup of tea.

Today I was helping move a boat cover.  The big sliding top thing, not like a car cover.  Basically I was supposed to steady the thing while a backhoe did the pushing.  Well, soft ground made the far bottom corner dig in.  So I was trying to free it, and succeeded.  The backhoe pushed it, and I flew backwards about 4 feet and hit the ground.
