Apparently yes, yes you can. Judging by the theft of the contents of one flowerbed, one flower pot and one garden hose last night from my front yard. wtf? who would steal

all sorts of things go missing from front yards. I remember when some kinds from my highschool stole Gnomes from peoples gardens to cement/glue to the canteen while painting "BRENNAN'S LUNCHBOX" on the windows in some sort of fixative acryllic. Brennan being the rather large principal at the time.
