my manager just went on maternity leave, so as assistant manager i am now the manager while she is gone. this isn't the first time i've done this so that's not what i'm balking at it's just that i have been unofficially dealing with crap for the last two weeks because she's had some serious drama going on in her life and the first *part* of the day that i am actually official manager i have to write someone up because she is an IDIOT. the last time i had the manager phone i had to fire someone while i was at breakfast with my mother. when i get this phone, bad things happen.

oh i get it now. then you should get a pink case and change the ring tone to something ridiculously cute like ai ni ai ni. that way bad things can't happen.
