I'm walking about London with an enormous smile plastered on my face. One of the great things about big cities is that they allow you to define yourself in new ways over and over again, and coming from a cramped little place, that feels like there's suddenly air to breathe again.

The booksellers are having a very good weekend, too.

Oh dear. Just remember you have to get them home. That's always my problem with trip purchases.

For some very odd reason, I took care to pack very light on the way here. :)

Everyone thinks it really strange that going to one of the busiest cities in the world can be relaxing, but it is. All those possibilities, just round the corner...

Ooo, books! I am sooooo jealous. Have fun in London and be sure to buy loads and loads of books on my behalf! Put a smile on the booksellers' faces. :D

Wow, London and books *melts*

Have a nice trip and list the books you bought in your LJ when you're back. I'm curious. :)

Thank you. Actually I'm wondering what kind of person I am, since one of the purchases I'm most happy with is The Oxford Reference Grammar...
