Friday, my value and work ethic were called into question by the Chairman of Dragon*Con. You know, the convention that I work generally 50+ hours a week for until summer when I work 80+ hours a week? To add insult to injury, I have been asked to justify my time ( Read more... )

*hugs* I'm very sorry to hear this. You are one of the things that has made working for Dragon*Con so enjoyable. I have always admired your dedication to the show and marveled at the time you put in each year.

I have said for years. When it stops being fun...Its time to go.

So far I have been lucky as director of Tech and am blessed with a incrediable Staff, But I try not to dealve too deep beyond that.

Wow...I really had no idea. Being stuck in the Tribe-verse for the first few years, I havent gotten to see what is really going on behind the scenes....until this year. A lot of eye opening things so far. Sorry to see you go, I know you've always worked hard for the convention, and they will hard pressed to find someone who does all the work that you do.
