Personally, I'd go with New York; benefits and a look-see at how work goes there. Two birds with one stone. I guess the situation must be frustrating; either there aren't any job offers, or there's too many. Still, I'm glad to hear you're getting good job offers.
thanks eric for the vote of confidence. THe New York deal has not congealed into a solid offer as of yet so it may not even be a possibility, it just interesting that out of the 40+ positions I have applied for over the course of the last 9 months have come down to these three (one from a resume sent in over three years ago, one for what could be the job of my dreams at not the best possible theatre, and one that is 6 weeks long but with really good people and a respectible project).
