Actually, I couldn't have bought yours. I was accepted as part of this program with Allied Arts where Artists who qualify are given a $15,000 forgivable second mortgage as an incentive to move to a house in one of five downtown areas (Cowart Place, Jefferson Heights, MLK District, Fort Negley and Main Street). The house I bought is in the MLK district on Magnolia between MLK and McCallie. It is also brand spanking new construction and everything.

I went and clicked on East Ridge, because I went to school there in 77,78,79,80 Next to the highschool. Anyway my neighbors Rhonda Hoover, Sharon Hoover, JOhnny Hoover went to Boyd Buchanan and then my sister statred going there too. Her name is Michele Balo. Just was curious, I think we are about the same age, I was born in 1964! Live In tahoe now

I dont believe you know me, nor would I know you. I went to ERHS in 90-94 (I was born in 76).
However, you probably know Greg Hudgins (who has sadly passed away) or possibly the older brother Kenneth Hudgins. My mother and there mother have worked together for over 30 years at the same place and so there might be a connection there.
