I just found out that the music video for MSI's "Shut Me Up" was directed by Jhonen Vasquez. I think Denis Leary is in it for about three seconds too.

For some reason I'm not terribly surprised.

I know the scene you were talking about, and no it's not dennis leary, A. Leary would have been more dramatic, and B. D to the L Isn't that ugly

It's really hard to tell, now that you mention it, because of the contrast. I maintain that at the very least he bears a strong resemblence to Leary. I should also point out that he doesn't actually move except for a little rocking back and forth, so it could very well be a static picture that was shaken a little. Which would explain why he's not dramatic, and why he's not smoking all in one breath.
