guess what, I bought the rent-musical-cd! I'm so excited, and definitely addicted to rent. no doubt about that.
I have to admit, it's weird to listen to the musical versions of all the songs O.ô
and, hey, I went to go shopping with my friend svea (her name means 'sweden' ;P) but I didn't buy anything but the cd.

Yay for Rent!
I felt the same way about OBC Mimi when I first listened to the CD, but now I absolutely LOVE her. From the shows that have been put up on the internet and what I saw of her in them, she is a perfect Mimi. Her voice ROCKS the audience, and me when she sings live. I have to agree though that she sings kind of exaggerated on the CD.
And I also love Maureen's voice. Idina sounded so rock n roll back then, it's amazing.
And there are so many tracks you just have to love, like "You okay honey?", "Christmas Bells", "Contact" or the "Happy New Years".
Hee, you just gotta love RENT. I do!

yeah, maybe I'll adjust to mimi, I probably will. jonathan larson had a reason to pick her, didn't he?
didn't she? (idina) I was amazed, and now I like her just that bit more :)
oh, and I momentarily fell in love with 'you okay honey', 'christmas bells' and 'happy new year' oh and the whole cd as well :P
and I do love it, too. you can ask anyone that has made any contact with me, everyone will start moaning about how they can't possibly stand to hear it anymore.
my favorite? hmm, that's a tough one. I instantly liked collins, because he seems such a sweet and friendly person, and angel, because you can't possibly not like angel. and now I have to start a little ramble (forgive me): because I'm me I had to search for some rent-fics (I'm addicted to fan fictions since I'm, like, 14) and first read only collins/angel because they were my favorites. one magic day I stumbled upon a mark/roger fic and thought 'eew, how come someone would want that to happen?' but couldn't help but

...couldn't help but read it, nonetheless. and I was hooked immediately. now all I do all day is read mark/roger fics (okay, maybe not all) and the kinda grew on me. so I'd have to say, I like them all, but collins, angel, mark and roger I think I like a tiny bit more.
now you probably wouldn't want to ask me anything again ;(
