If you think men dont have periods, you're wrong. Technically (and physically) no, but the emotional strides is just comparable like those periods have ever done to women. I've been consistently suffered from periods for the past 7 days

Yes! Finally someone acknowledged it! Men do get hormonal cycles like women, just theres no physical proof. You know the male equivalent of PMS is IMS (irritable male syndrome) ... ^-^

from now i should called it IMS like the one u suggest hehe.

it's not just emotional swings but during IMS i also craved for chocolate..one bar of cadbury at least hahaha
