Sunday night was the regular work gathering, except tonight, Keith, our head chef left. The best boss any of us have ever had. Everyone was very sad to see him go, and the bigger disappointment being that his replacement is not even half the man Keith is. The night started off well with a few annoyances from the hotel's new assistant manager,
