Those all sound like good ideas to me. But it's the time involvement that's the real question, I guess.

You could try to sell it - put up a page with a way to contact you & make an offer for the URL. The question is how long it would take to find an offer & knowing how little librarians make, I can't imagine the offer would be for much money.

If you want to put the work into one of your ideas, they could be awesome. It's just a question of how much time/effort they will need.

The copyright issues of reading passages would be interesting to work around but the idea is cool.
