1. You must be age 18 or over to play here
If we find out you're not, you will be permabanned.
2. No godmoding, no metagaming, stay IC
We hope you guys have got this stuff down pat by now, right? We reserve the right to penalize or boot you out if you're pretty bad about these.
3. We don't want your drama
So leave it at the door. Everyone here is an adult, try to act like it. If you can't there will be consequences.
4. No fourthwalling
Sorry to those who enjoy it, but since it can make things complicated, we'll have to say no and hope you can enjoy fourthwalling elsewhere.
5. Activity Check is monthly
You'll be expected to submit 2 proofs: choose between a post, a log, or 10 separate comments made by you. One of your proofs has to have a date within the last two weeks before AC.
6. Limit 3 characters per player to start
You can earn one more character slot with each successful Activity Check, up to a final limit of 5 per player.
7. You can keep your shiny powers, but
If you want to do anything seriously huge with them -- blowing up buildings, mass murder, anything that would be likely to disrupt other people's regular play or user-run plots -- this must be run by the mods first, no exceptions. If you don't get our approval you're going to get retconned and you may get booted.
8. This is a sex game, by the way
So it's presumed your characters are going to be having sex, unless they prefer losing their minds (see the FAQ). But you don't have to play it out every single time; feel free to fade to black. If necessary you can handwave that your character's had sex with an NPC offscreen, though we'd prefer you keep this to a minimum.
9. Your kink is pretty much okay
We're not here to police your smut. Save for the couple rare exceptions (see the FAQ), do whatever you want, however you want, whenever you want. Just make sure to put anything explicit behind a cut and clearly list warnings of what's inside. While we're on the subject, we don't care if there's explicit (or any) consent between the characters, but you must have the consent of all players involved for all sex acts.
