it's funny, because Maggie was like that in 7th grade too. She was always saying she 'needed' a boyfriend. Apparently she hasn't changed?

I guess not. It's pretty pathetic, really. I don't know, all of a sudden, once I start going to another school, I become dead to her. Just like Sunshine did.

What part of that was harsh? It was honest, the fact that she always says she "needs a boyfriend" all the time, and basis her self worth on whether she has one or not, it completely true. I've known her longer than anyone besides her parents, and I was ALWAYS ALWAYS there for her, no matter what. Maybe you mean it's harsh for me to tell her about Broc's fuckbuddy? Well, that's honesty too, that's the way it is, and I'd rather see her aware than hurt. Maybe the fact that I'm not willing to fight a one sided battle to keep her my friend is harsh, and maybe the fact that I told her if she wants to fuck off, she can, is harsh, but it's honesty. I'm always honest, and I will NEVER change that part of me to avoid shattering someone's dream world, my brutal honesty is in my opinion, one of my best traits,and the truth hurts. But to quote Layne; "Deal with it."
