That's ridiculous! How in the hell am I supposed to job-hunt, in Portland, on foot, in the freaking snow?!?

Nope, actually, other than some wierd random crap endured by a few women I know (namely, you) Portland is actually pretty cool. I went walking around downtown the other day, and I almost like it as much as Seattle. It doesn't have Pike's place or the malls, but it does have some nice shops and restaurants, a beautiful waterfront, and Saturday Market will be pretty cool when it starts up again in a few weeks.
