I think that your decision to go to school to be a chef is great! My son is attending culinary school (Johnson and Wales) and he loves it! Doing what you love to do is a blessing so many miss out on. I look forward to reading more of your great writing and hopefully your cooking will provide you with even more inspiration in that area!

Thank you so much! The only downside is that I will have to update a little slower than usual. Probably two updates a week (Fridays and Sundays) since those are my days off. But I think you guys will wait for me.

A Series of First is a lot of fun to write, and I'll mix some of my culinary school fun in with it. I love writing about situations that have happened to me in the past, so this won't be any exception.
