Since I don't have my own computer now and PLUS my external hard drive cannot be recognized by computers I guess I need to refrain myself from the fandom and with that I mean from downloading. But I guess I need to be on a hiatus for a while while I am still looking for ways on how to solve this problem because I don't have plans of buying a new ( Read more... )

wish I could help, but i'm no computer wiz :(
whenever my computer starts acting up I just google it and try to find the solution (usually works for me) Best advice I can give you at the moment, sorry :(

i tried to google it and found that there are many people who has the same problems and the solution don't have effect on my HD.. still won't recognize :((

I can't guarantee this will help, but: go into the device properties again and into the policies tab (the fourth photo you posted)
*Make sure, once again, that it is set to "better performance".
*safely remove your hardware (usually on the bottom right corner)
*restart your computer (if it says it's unable to stop the device, go ahead and restart it anyway.)
*plug your external back in
see if that works.
If that doesn't work, try going back into the device properties and to the driver tab (the sixth photo) and click "update driver".
If this doesn't work, there's a possibility that the driver on your external is corrupt and it might need to be reformatted (thus, possibly losing everything on it.)
But don't give up hope!
If you can find someone who knows what they're doing, there's a good chance it can be fixed. It's just hard to give advice when I can't be there seeing exactly what is happening on it.
