he lives in a gothic-fucking-mansion, and i wanted a place, only i have no money. otherwise i'd be there. thing is though, he's pretty anti-drugs. don't know if that is a problem for you though. he's in his 30's, and has really cool cats, and is wanting about $100 or so a week.
