ok, does evan contribute to costs? I know it sounds harsh given he is family... but there is a big difference between letting family stay a week and actually supporting them if you know what I mean. I'm not saying you shouldn't let him eat there, but just if both parties have the same circumstances in mind... for example, if you would like him to contribute does he know that? He may be happy to and just not know you'd appreciate it ( ... )
