Hey, old man, I ate your Parrot!

Okay, last night I fought the weirdest Boss fight in any game I've ever played. And I mean: weird! First off, though, I had no idea it was going to take me so long to 'fight' The End in MGS3. I'd read that it was going to take some time, but I didn't realise how much time! Or maybe I was just an idiot, but it took me about an hour-and-a-half to ( Read more... )

Yes, he shoots you wiht arrows.

Also, on the map where there's a stream running through it (and two waterfalls) do NOT go down to te south end and look in the cave. There is a little green duck, and if you shoot the duck, The End will appear behind you and end the fight. ARGHG:ASKD:AKSD

Well, that's good to know when I play for keeps the next time! But I think it would be easier to stay on the South map because it would be a real bitch if I had to crawl around on other maps, as well, and I don't think it's even necessary to take the fight somewhere else. Unless, of course, there are some worthwhile items/weapons to get on the other maps...?

Anyways, I kinda got freaked out the minute I stepped out of the Warehouse exit that he sniped at me... so that was actually what I was wondering, if that happened to anyone else so early before the actual Boss intro/fight.

You did better than when I fought The End. I didn't fight him at night because I was too scared. >_>

I know what you mean about the fight being scary, there's nothing more unsettling than having the knowledge that you're being hunted.
