OK, so its supposed to be a banana song, but it works. What I really have is "Wolfsafe" tamales steaming in the steamer at the moment. A combination of shredded pork, chicken and nutmeg white sauce. I actually found similar recipes for shellfish tamales being made in Mexico, so I don't feel quite so silly. I may make myself some red-sauce ones
